Part 3 goes in depth about scaling a marketplace- Metrics that are important after product/market fit- Looking for product/business opportunities- Optimizing supply/demand funnels- Product team alignment around marketplace dynamics
Each part will have examples of the different kinds of marketplaces in order to give ideas and perspective on how to solve your problems in new and creative ways.
