Carmel Plaza will host its "Hop into Spring" Fashion Show at the garden level of the plaza on April 19. Singer/songwriter Joy Bonner will act as Mistress of Ceremonies as 13 stores from the plaza present a total of 52 models, sporting colorful spring fashion for all ages.
