A fundamental part of the Buddhist path of freedom is sila, awareness of and practice with our relationships with everything in our lives. This includes the ecosystems that sustain us—water, air, forest and all the beings that reside in them—as well as our families, friends and other humans. This morning we’ll honor the Earth, along with Insight groups around the world. We’ll share stories of the Buddha’s own testament to the Earth, and we’ll explore interactive and creative ways to deepen our meditation practice and care of the Earth.
Teachers: Dan Landry, Carolyn Dillie and Leslie Tremaine.
