Holman Ranch Tasting Room’s April and May “In Your Backyard” Classes
Holman Ranch Tasting Room’s “In Your Own Backyard” series will have chefs and artisans sharing their tips and techniques for finding the perfect, fresh ingredients for preparing truly memorable meals, side dishes as well as understanding flavor pairings. From paella to olive oil and vinegar tastings, the series will showcase local experts' knowledgeable on everything from how to select the best olive oil to creating savory pastries with ingredients from the local Farmers Market. Each demonstration will offer recommendations for the best wine to pair with the featured culinary item.

· Wednesday, April 24th, 6:00 PM - Trio Carmel, Olive Oil and Vinegar Tasting
· May 15th 6:00 PM – Grilling with Chef Jon and Nancy from Paradise Catering
Celebrate Olive Oils and Vinegars with Trio Carmel
on Wednesday, April 24th at 6:00 PM
Trio Carmel will be discussing and offering tastes Ultra-Premium Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegars. Join the class and sample the freshest olive oils from around the world, balsamic and flavoured vinegars. Reservations are required for all classes and cost for each event is $25 per person. This includes the class, wine tasting, small bites, and meeting, learning and sampling from a local artisan. A portion of the class proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer's Association. Learn the Art of Live Grill with Paradise Catering

Learn about the art of live grilling from Paradise Catering. Paradise Catering creates great food using the freshest ingredients available. They grow most of the vegetables on their 1-acre farm in Carmel Valley. Knowing the value of good food is important to any meal. With Paradise Catering chefs (Jon and Nancy) will show you how to master the art of grilling.
Reservations are required for all classes and cost for each event is $25 per person. This includes the class, wine tasting, small bites, and meeting, learning and sampling from a local artisan.
