ABOUT THE EVENT:
QUIP's inaugural fundraiser will be held at The Stud on Wednesday, April 4th. The event will feature archival photography and video pulled from the GLBT Historical Society's extensive archive, with an emphasis on the history of The Stud. All proceeds raised from the event will benefit the GLBT Historical Society as part of their HISTORY=RESISTANCE fundraising campaign. This is an important opportunity to learn about the Society's important work in a historic setting.

5:00 PM Doors Open; Open Bar Commences6:00 PM Gourmet Hors D'oeuvres & Buffet7:00 PM Performances7:30 PM Brief Program; Remarks by GLBT Historical Society & The Stud Collective8:00 PM Open Bar Ends; Transition to KOSMETIK (awesome weekly party)

Queer Ivy Plus (QUIP) is a philanthropic networking group comprised of queer alumni and allies from "Ivy Plus" schools. We're passionate about highlighting local causes, enhancing social impact, and fundraising for LGBTQ organizations and vulnerable queer spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As the region continues to transform culturally and socioeconomically, more LGBTQ organizations are seeking fundraising assistance from 3rd parties. QUIP exists for this reason—so that these groups can spend less time fundraising and more time on what they do best: creating positive outcomes for the LGBTQ community.
