EPIC Roasthouse invites guests to attend their 6th annual High on the Hog, an afternoon of Pinot Noir tasting and gourmet eats, taking place Saturday, June 21 on EPIC’s bayside patio. Located on the picturesque San Francisco waterfront, EPIC Roasthouse provides a premier location for an afternoon of delicious food, good company, fun in the sun and Pinot Noir. This year, EPIC will be changing it up and hosting some notable Bay Area restaurants and barbeque legends to partake in the fun, offering delicious contributions at this not-to-be-missed event.
Running from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., live music by local band Joey Altman & The Soul Peppers will provide entertainment for guests, and lively horseshoe and corn hole toss competitions will keep the party going throughout the afternoon. To complete the epicurean experience, Executive Chef Parke Ulrich, along with the other featured chefs, will prepare a decadent menu with a robust selection of accompaniments to pair with the Pinot offerings. And for dessert, EPIC Roasthouse Pastry Chef Sarah Principe will keep with the theme offering tasty, pork-inspired treats such as Ice Cream Sandwiches with Chocolate-Bacon Cookies and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
Not only will guests enjoy exquisite food and wine, but they also will be helping a worthy cause. A portion of the ticket proceeds will be donated to the charity Guide Dogs for the Blind and attendees will be able to play with the puppies in training at the event!
Tickets are $65 per person and are now available for purchase on EPIC’s website
