On top of finding some passionate and inspired folks to join our brewpub team, we also plan to bring job seekers together with employers, advocates, experts, and influencers from across the Bay Area Craft Beer industry to share resources, make connections, and taste some fantastic beers!
When the member breweries of the @drinkbaybeer's DEI Committee got together to brew the "This Beer Creates Opportunity" Double IPA, we did so specifically to help establish a dedicated Guild Scholarship Endowment to be facilitated by @ucdavisbrewing for the purpose of providing access to brewing education. We are all immensely proud to have taken this step; however, working in a brewhouse is just one of the large variety of career paths that exist within craft beer. Breweries employ experienced warehouse technicians, truck drivers, lab workers, salespeople, and a large variety of hospitality positions.
What To Bring: Yourself, and a resume or a job opening if applicable!
