Originally released as a graphic novel, Hell Toupee was both written and has now been directed by Gene Hamm. This 2021 animated film adaptation begins when genetically engineered killer toupees escape from a lab on an isolated island. A female local barber must stop at nothing to prevent them from taking over the world.
