Hot new designer Cynthia Steffe puts the patches where they count - on the back pockets of a pair of tight, tan mini cords at Heidi Says. The patches this time are leather, adding spice to the second absolute must-have for the fall. Corduroy. Low rider, straight leg or boot cut mini cords in dusty, tan, or really any brown shade are the pants to pick your apples in this year.
Apple picking gets chilly sometimes, so of course you'll need a new coat to top off your perfectly comfy autumn attire. A dark brown mini-cord jacket lined with sheepskin tops off worn-in jeans with style, or try a tan, suede blazer, provided of course that you keep the rest of the suede to a minimum.
