At some point in our lives we all experience low back pain. Whether it be from picking something up the wrong way, sitting at a desk or in a car for too long, we all have "thrown" our backs out. In this series, Mimi will show us how to lengthen and strengthen the areas in and around our low backs. This series will include alignment of the spine as well as how to open our hips to create space and help strengthen the spine. She will also include asanas that can help sciatica. Enrollment in all 3 classes is encouraged as classes will be progressive. However, drop-ins are always welcome.
Series Pricing: $50 Members, $65 Non Members
