SEE EVENT DETAILS

This workshop meets on Saturday & Sunday, June 2nd-3rd, 10am-5pm.
Well-being is not just a matter of waking life. Obtaining deep and refreshing sleep and dreams has, however, become a challenge for too many of us. Ultimately, we don't get sleep because we don't get sleep. Our understanding of sleep and dreams has been distorted by the relentless glare of modern waking life.
This workshop provides natural and practical strategies for those seeking more restful nights or treating sleep issues in others. Dr. Naiman presents a novel, mindful approach to healing sleep and dream deprivation by integrating evidence-based sleep science with time honored spiritual practices for recovering our healthy nights.
Continuing Education Credits (available for an additional $15)
Course meets the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs, LPCCs, and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. 14 CEs available.
Course meets the qualifications for continuing education credit for RNs as required by the California Board of Registered Nursing provider number #02523. 14 CEs available.
