Headlands Brewing Company brewery, taproom and beer garden opens in Lafayette. Headlands is an award-winning Northern California craft brewery that has been canning and kegging their popular ales and lagers locally since 2013. They're located adjacent to popular local restaurants Bonehead's Texas BBQ and Locanda Positano.
"Our first Bay Area home has been a long time coming, but patience has paid off and we are thrilled to have finally found the perfect spot to continue building our vision for Headlands and the adventurous lifestyle that we embrace in everything we do," says Alex Bru, General Manager of Headlands Brewing.
To achieve their comprehensive vision, Headlands has partnered with seasoned bar and restaurant designers, Ben Frombgen of Bcooperative and Joel DiGiorgio of Farm League Restaurant Group. Headlands tapped these two companies as they have worked together on some of the East Bay's most exciting beer-related venues including Drake's Dealership and Arthur Mac's Tap & Snack in Oakland.
"We're thrilled to be working with Ben's team again. Bcooperative has become the go-to design and architecture partner for our company over the past few years, and Headlands presents a unique brand that resonates with our collective affinity for Mother Nature, outdoor adventure and great beer," says DiGiorgio.
"Our indoor and outdoor design plan for the new brewery will feature a taproom with a 20-tap floating draught tower, two outdoor patios with fire pits and family-friendly open landscaping," DiGiorgio added.
