HEAD WEST creates a neighborhood marketplace experience that brings together the spirit of the modern maker with the energy of the traveling vagabond, providing a space for our community of Makers, Merchants, Crafters, Designers and Artists to connect with friends, neighbors and travelers from around the Bay Area and beyond.
HEAD WEST provides a platform for creatives to have a physical selling space to showcase their designs, hand-made goods, unique talents + one-of-a-kind finds. Each marketplace is highly curated to be mindful of quality, craft, skill, as well as community consciousness. Having an accessible and affordable space means that Makers, Merchants, Crafters, Designers & Artists can offer an array of goods and products at all price levels, creating an accessible shopping experience for everyone. From handcrafted jewelry and ceramics, to thoughtfully curated vintage, there are always new categories of goods available to explore!
HEAD WEST is a community of hard working individuals, dedicated to carving out a legacy, strengthening its relationship with the local economy, and celebrating diversity through the passion for connecting people in equitable spaces and shared experiences.

HEAD WEST | a local, outdoor marketplace in partnership with Downtown Los Altos and the Los Altos Village Association. HEAD WEST was founded and is curated by creative + small business owner Jimmy Brower and is led by an incredible team of leaders in the field.
PARTICIPANTS include Makers, Merchants, Crafters, Designers + Artists, as well as Non-Profit Organizations. Preference will be given to handmade, locally sourced, small batch, eco-friendly, conscious offerings and products. Mass manufactured and MLM companies will not be accepted.
The Mission of HEAD WEST is to provide an environment that supports and embraces local creativity + the spirit of entrepreneurship. Through connecting people, it assists in preserving arts + culture, realizing it's impact on the local economy + providing for the well-bring of the people that keep these ideals alive. Those creatives + entrepreneurs that identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
