Celebrating the abundance of the outstanding farms and breweries on the San Mateo County coast, this three-course feast prepared by Chef Godinez features, locally-caught wild fish, and locally farmed produce, including squash and. Swiss chard. Brewmaster James Costa’s hand-crafted Pumpkin Harvest Ale and Imperial Pumpkin Stout are on the menu, as well as a special fall addition: a cider tasting with the appetizer course from Golden State Cider, made from West Coast apples. The founder and manager of the Coastside Farmers’ Market, Erin Tormey, will be in attendance, along with San Mateo County Agricultural Commissioner Fred Crowder. Both will make remarks about the Coastside farming landscape, Coastside Farmers’ Market fall produce, and answer questions from guests.
