Join us as we begin to harmonize mind and senses, allowing more joy, beauty and vitality to enter our lives. All students are welcome, from long-time meditators to those new to contemplative practice. The emphasis is on gentle, effective exercises to balance the senses and open the knots of mind.
Each week we will also read, taste, and savor sections of Revelations of Mind. Class discussion will supplement practice, grounding us in the understanding we need to release confusion and make friends with our minds. Returning students are also encouraged to join in this opportunity to invite playful mind and “[see] the unseen at any moment”.

No prerequisites; Open to all | Saturdays, May 14-July 2, 10:00-11:30am. Must register by first day of class, May 14th (or no later than week 2, May 21st), as this is a continuous learning course.
