Since 1985, Hanson Gallery and Tasting Room in Sausalito has featured the work of emerging and established artists for thirty years. The tasting room offers spectacular views of San Francisco. Patrons are encouraged to explore the extensive art collection of Hanson Gallery while they do an organic grape-based vodka tasting or sample delicious cocktails. Exhibitions of notable artists Pablo Picasso, Marc Chagall, Alexander Calder, Jim Dine and Christo and Jeanne-Claude have been highlights in the history of Hanson Gallery. The Gallery has also played a formative role in the career of the artist Frederick Hart.
Hanson has hosted the releases of the Opus wine series by Robert Mondavi and many other fun, community-minded events.
