GUITARZILLA! - MONSTERS OF SERF GUITAR
This show WILL Rock! John Wheeler Guitar and electric Uke:
As a long time member of the southern California surf music scene, John has toured with the Dick Dale as a member of the Del Tones and has shared the stage other surf greats like, The Ventures, The Safaris and Jan and Dean. John has now teamed up with some great local musicians for this exciting show which presents surf guitar in the wild and un-inhibited way it was originally performed.
Band Line Up: Keith Jordan: Guitar – A California kid, Keith grew up listening to surf music and is looking forward to rocking the guitar for this show. Mark Heims: Bass – Mark started off in heavy metal and has appeared with a number of prominent artists including Terry Bradshaw and jazz saxophonist Mike Morris. Steve Trovao: Drums - Steve has spent most of his playing years in Classic/Progressive rock, Swing, Blues and R&B/Funk. With a large palette of musical styles under his belt, he enthusiastically embraces the high-speed mayhem of the Surf Style ala Dick Dale.
