What does grief, fear or despair ask of you?
Emotions like grief, fear and despair are as much a part of the human condition as love, awe and joy. They are our natural and inevitable responses to existence. These emotions have value and purpose but we must be willing to experience them to understand their message.
Grief, fear and despair show up in many forms and for many reasons. The loss of a parent or caregiver, the loss of a child (including miscarriages), a divorce/breakup, a major life transition, the loss of a job, a sick or dying loved one, the loss of an identity, the death of a beloved pet, natural disasters, or even a challenging political situations.
This day is designed to explore different aspects of these emotions through a unique set of creative processes and exercises. You will intentionally ignite these emotions to find, feel, and face them with gentle kindness and compassion. You will be given the tools to bear them mindfully and digest what you've experienced both inside yourself and within community…reminding us that we are not alone. The day will be concluded by welcoming the new beginning you are stepping into moving forward. You will uncover what inspires you and what brings you joy.
Participants leave this one day experience with new tools to feel better and build resilience. They leave with an understanding of how to creatively heal grief and transform it into wisdom and love. See below for testimonials from folks that have completed this powerful day of healing.

Participant Testimonials:
"Elisabeth led a grief workshop that really helped me process several topics in my life (friends and family who've passed, lost relationships or jobs, life changes) some I didn't know I needed to honor. She guides you on your own journey using techniques that really help you open up to the experience, even if you're someone who can't let go with other people. I highly recommend exploring her coaching and grief workshops." -Sarah T.
"I highly recommend attending Elisabeth's Grief Workshop. She holds a safe, supporting and growth potential space for reflecting on such an integral aspect of our lives- Grief. Especially in this day and age, we need to go there to be able to feel and grow with love. Elisabeth is strong, fierce, and so nourishing. She is simply authentic and has the gift of tapping into her own experience as she guides others to do the same." -Joanna H.
"Elisabeth's presence and compassion with individuals and groups is truly remarkable. I attended her "Grief, Healing and New Beginnings" workshop and the space she held for me and the group to be authentically and vulnerably expressed was truly remarkable. No matter what I was facing, her care, warmth and support was present throughout my process. She is gifted and can powerfully channel her gifts into the support she provides." -Trevor J.
I have been lucky enough to be on the receiving end of Elisabeth's healing care and love and there is nothing like it. Her compassion and depth create a sense of safety that allows you to go to the depths of your emotions and be met and seen fully there....and that is where healing happens. She has the practical skills needed to facilitate healing one on one or in groups but more importantly, she cares and her caring and compassion can make magic happen. If you're looking for support in moving through grief or any other difficult piece of your life, I highly recommend getting in touch with her. - Leah R.
"This workshop had a profound impact on me. I came with very low expectations, thinking I would learn a more powerful context around death. So I could be more present with loved ones who are passing and to support loved ones who lose someone. But what I got was just how much grief I had stored up inside me that I never processed. I wasn't aware that I even held this all in. So when I got to process it, It felt so beautiful to get to say those words I always regretted not saying. I never thought I would have the chance to really complete that. And I did. My heart feels so much lighter. This course really did touch my soul. I have never heard of anyone doing this type of workshop before. Elisabeth has an amazing gift to share to the world with this workshop. She is so gentle and loving and strong. Since this, I have referred two friends. And will for any friend or family that loses someone." -David B.
"I attended Elisabeth's "Grief, Healing and New Beginnings" workshop in January 2017. I went into not quite sure about what grieving I needed to do (no one close to me has died in recent years, for example), but I found that I had there were other areas of my life that I needed to grieve the loss of. Through her gentle guidance and clear vision about the process, I was able to tap into those parts of me I had been not aware that I was covering up. By the end of the day I had released much of the deeper wounds I had been carrying. I was truly surprised at the huge shift I had in my own healing. Elisabeth is the perfect person for grief counseling -- she is knowledgable and caring, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking help with the transition of loss." -Michelle P.
"I just went to a Grief Workshop that Elisabeth led in mid-January and it was AMAZING! At first I thought I didn't have anything grieve over since no one in my life died recently, but there is actually so much else to grieve over than a loved one passing. There's grieving over big life transitions, losing your job or house, losing a relationship, etc. I got so much out of working with Elisabeth for myself, I got to start the new year off feeling 10 times lighter! Plus, she offers ongoing support in addition to day workshops. If you're thinking of doing grief counseling for ANY reason, Elisabeth is your woman!" -Kerry S.
