September is Transit Month! Celebrate Transit Month by riding Caltrain up to Burlingame for a family-friendly event where we explore how green buildings can help shape a healthier future for our community.
Attendees will tour the award-winning, sustainable Burlingame Community Center, designed by Group 4 Architecture. Located in Washington Park, the Community Center provides a light-filled and vibrant community gathering place. Tours will be led by Councilmember Donna Colson.
Attendees can also experience fun & learning with the amazing Climate Carnival games!
Local organizations will also be on hand to provide resources and information about healthy and sustainable living.
This event is appropriate for elementary & middle school aged students and their families.
