Join us by starting the holiday season in gratitude and ritual! We will all enjoy a warm cup of ceremonial cacao and guided meditation journey by Giovanna Garcia. The afternoon will close with a sound bath of sacred songs and instruments by Lucia Lilikoi. You can expect leave feeling relaxed, centered and euphoric from this powerful combination. Comfortable seats, blankets, and cups are provided.

Cacao, a superfood for heart and brain, has been referred to as 'Food of the Gods' by the Mayans and Aztecs. While offering neurotransmitters and antioxidants that stimulate blood and elevate mood it also has a detoxifying effect on the liver and kidneys. This health elixer has been served as sacred plant medicine in ceremony for hundreds of years to facilitate deep personal inner work. Giovanna will be sharing cacao medicine with a meditation to open the heart and tap into our own inner wisdom and healing.

Sound Baths are a sonic massage and a deep journey meditation. Receiving sound helps us relax, calm our nervous system, and allow the sound waves to resonate within each of our cells. Sound vibration is used to bring energy to the chakra system, and act as a reset button to balance our emotional, physical and spiritual bodies. Lucia brings deep presence, and years of music knowledge to weave these soundscapes. She uses Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, a variety of instruments, and her voice. People have described her sound baths as nourishing, magical and transcendental.
