Master an Italian favorite

Gnocchi, an Italian pasta made from a simple dough, takes technique. In this course, our chef-instructors will teach you the tricks necessary to create, shape, and cook the perfect pasta “knot.” Soon, you will be rolling light, tender gnocchis in the style of Italy’s highly regarded grandmothers. With your pasta technique down, you will take on the craft of sauces, to give your pasta a finishing touch of flavor and texture.
