Glow BreathWork Meditation: Recharge and Refocus

We learn to breathe properly so we can be better at literally everything else.
Our whole nation is depleted mentally and spiritually - dependency on coffee and substances is the new norm. We would like to offer you a better way to refuel, by tapping into the power of our Breath.
Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful gateway to our self-awareness and our body's natural healing resources. Most of us have shallow chest-breathing habits that create unconscious physical stress, scattered mind, anxieties, high blood pressure and troubled sleep.
Simply test your breathing by taking a big breath right now. Did you lift your chest? There! This is the breathing that contributes to low energy, dependence on coffee, immunity flares, neck pain, and the whole pyramid of mind and health complications. What if you knew that our habitual chest breathing creates hormonal over-drive and adrenal fatigue that causes extra weight, digestion issues, high blood pressure, restless sleep, and unconscious long-term stress?
Simply knowing about proper breath is not enough: our primary breathing muscles need to be turned on and strengthened with the regular exercise, just like any other muscles. That is why we offer a weekly class, a kind of a breath workout for long term re-wiring of your unhealthy breathing patterns.
Glow BreathWork (pranayama) is designed to decongest emotional-mental energy and release the long-term stress in our physical body. Learning to breathe properly and with purpose will help you sleep better, cope with stress and have more stamina and energy throughout the day. Breathwork is a mindfulness practice and is a perfect 'appetizer' for your meditation practice.
We will practice a variety of breathing exercises, 3-10 minutes each, some with gentle movement, some with sound. You will learn more nourishing ways to be with yourselves and others, give yourself permission to be in the present, see what arises, which patterns persist. You will have an opportunity to consciously release limiting beliefs and habits that keep you in the cycle of suffering. All healing begins with clarity.
