Don't miss Gloria Ferrer Caves and Vineyards' 22nd annual Catalan Festival on Saturday, July 19 and Sunday, July 20! Join us for a day of Spanish food, wine and entertainment with lively classical guitar, passionate flamenco dancing, a festive grape stomp and traditional folklore surprises. We invite you to share the multi-faceted experience that tantalizes the senses. Stroll and enjoy savory tapas and Paella, cooking demonstrations and educational seminars as you sip our acclaimed Carneros Sparkling and Estate wines.
Spain used to be a cluster of different kingdoms — Aragon and Catalonia, Valencia, Castilla — each with its own language, culture, heritage and royal family. Eventually, by marriage or conquest, it all became one country. In the northeast of Spain, Catalonia has kind of an urban, yet Mediterranean feel to it. A lot of artists and entrepreneurs come from there as opposed to other regions that are more agricultural. Barcelona, Catalonia's enchanted city, is often referred to as Paris with palm trees.
We are all very excited to be working with Gloria Ferrer Caves and Vineyards on this Festival. Don’t miss this great opportunity to showcase your work/business at this one of a kind Festival.
