Giving Tuesday with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco!

Why not kick off the holiday season by participating in Giving Tuesday with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco? We are looking for eager volunteers to donate 30 minutes of time during your lunch hour to help Habitat’s goal of raising $50,000 by this Giving Tuesday!
Volunteers will make brief phone calls across numerous days in November from our office located in the heart of the financial district of San Francisco. We will provide you with a script, so all you need is to be personable and comfortable on the phone! During your 30 minutes, you will have a chance to chat with individuals who are involved with- and passionate about- Habitat for Humanity. Once you have a nice chat, you can then invite them to donate during our special 1 for 1 matching gift challenge that ends on midnight on November 28 (Giving Tuesday).
Giving Tuesday is not unique to Habitat for Humanity; but rather, on this epic day which follows Black Friday and Cyber Monday, thousands of nonprofits join together with their communities to raise funds for their causes. Last year, generous people across the world donated over $168 million to their favorite charities!
