Gilman Brewing Company is housed in a former automotive shop, set with industrial textures, rustic wood furniture, with a rotating list of 13 different Gilman brews to choose from. We're known for our award-winning farmhouse style saisons, bold and refreshing IPAs, and a range of other classic and experimental styles. All of our beers are available to sample as flights, or take home in limited release cans and bottles, or fill up a growler or crowler.
We serve food 7 days a week. Stop by and try one of our house-made paninis, chicken, and artisan cheese plate to pair with a flight of Gilman brews.
