Dublin's buried past comes alive the weekend before Halloween with the Ghosts of Dublin at Heritage Park & Museums.
Ghosts of Dublin 2017
Get ready for a chilling evening of spooky fun! Take a flashlight tour through the Dublin Pioneer Cemetery, where Dublin's buried past comes alive at “Ghosts of Dublin,” Friday, October 27, and Saturday, October 28, at Heritage Park & Museums (6600 Donlon Way). On Friday, cemetery tours depart every half hour, 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., from the Old St. Raymond Church. On Saturday, tours will begin at 7:30 p.m., with the last tour at departing at 10:30 p.m. This event is recommended for ages 8 and up, and tours after 9:00 p.m. are reserved for older teens and adults, only. Tickets are $7 per person and can be purchased at
https://www.dublinrecguide.com. Space is limited.
The highlight of the evening is a fascinating flashlight cemetery tour that is as educational as it is eerie. Before or after the tour, would-be ghost hunters are invited to hear haunting stories of ghosts thought to be lurking in Dublin, including news of recent sightings. Bay Area researchers from the Alameda Paranormal Researchers and the NorCal Paranormal Project present their findings from recent preternatural investigations throughout Heritage Park.
Refreshments are included in the price of the event. For more information, call (925) 452-2100.
