Ghost Walk: Exploring Santa Cruz's Chinatown with George Ow & Sandy Lydon

The Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History continues their series of historical walks where walkers can enjoy a breath of fresh air and history with local historians. This walk will focus on the history of Santa Cruz's Chinese community with two celebrated experts: writer and entrepreneur George Ow, who was raised in the last Santa Cruz Chinatown, and Sandy Lydon, the author of the award-winning book, Chinese Gold: The Chinese of the Monterey Bay Region. The walk will wind through town and finish at the Coamerica parking lot downtown, where it will meet a FREE Pop Up Museum on Chinatown History.
