Phil Johnson delivers a high-energy comedy experience that seamlessly blends stand-up and music. With a sharp eye for the absurd and a linguist's love of wordplay, he tackles topics like tech, body image, race, and American weirdness - all delivered from the viewpoint of a guy who happily grew up in the deeply multi-everything community of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Candy Shaw (nee Churilla) recently made her SF Sketchfest debut playing Kristi Noem in "The Jesus Roast." She has appeared on NBC's "Last Comic Standing" and placed 3rd in California's Funniest Female Contest. Candy has opened for Mark Curry, Will Durst, Bobcat Goldthwait, Marga Gomez, Ms. Pat, Rob Schneider, and Tom Segura.
Nina G was named as one of Huffington Post's Cultural Shifters and featured in the Emmy award winning documentary More Than My Stutter, she has influenced generations to think differently about disability. As the co-producer of the Comedians with Disabilities Act she has advocated for representation in the arts and entertainment.
Mean Dave is a regular at Cobb's Comedy Club, Punch Line in SF and Sacramento, Laughs Unlimited and has shared the stage with Judy Tenuta, Big Jay Oakerson, Eddie Pepitone, Dan Soder, Jay Mohr, Allan Havey, Neil Hamburger, Dean Delray, Tom Rhodes and most importantly, Barry Sobel.
Rhoda Gravador started out doing sketch comedy back in the Clinton/Bush years (not the Bush/Clinton years). Now she has emerged from her mid-life crisis as a stand up comic, performing regularly all over the Bay Area. Credits include SF Sketchfest, 142 Throckmorton, and The Function.
