On Saturday, January 24that 10:00AM, Gaiam and Whole Foods Los Altos will sponsor a Family Yoga session hosted by kids yoga specialist, Jodi Komitor, who will be featured in Gaiam’s Yoga for Kids DVDs out this March 2015. This yoga session is free for all who attend and welcomes every member of the family. Mats will be provided for the session.
