Decrypt the new standard of the learning experience!
If training has always adapted to the standards of its time, from craftsmanship to computers, through industrialization, today it faces a new paradigm: becoming a real learning experience, fluid, personalized, collaborative, available everywhere and at any time, based on artificial intelligence and the latest advances in cognitive science.
We interviewed dozens of actors who revolutionize the subject in San Francisco, the most innovative ecosystem on the subject: startups, investors, corporates, researchers, etc.
We are convinced that talent is the most important asset of the company of tomorrow, so we must create organizations centered around talents and their concerns, most importantly: learn.
We will present our key learnings and our convictions of the study with you on Thursday, June 27th, 2019 at 6 pm.

Ariane Ville - Project Director - FABERNOVEL
As Project Director at Fabernovel, I am responsible for projects focused on strategic innovation, new business models and new service design. My work has 3 main components:
- designing and implementing digital training programs for Fortune 500 companies
- creating Proofs of Concepts and prototype new product offers
- building partnerships between startups and large organizations.

While at UC Berkeley as a Fulbright Scholar, I helped postdocs transition to entrepreneurship and connect to Silicon Valley ecosystem.
I have a PhD in Sociology, and I have been invited to teach and conduct research on Tech and Culture at UC Berkeley. I am the author of 2 books, and I have lived and studied fondly in the US, France and Australia.

About GAFAnomics
Since 2006, FABERNOVEL has been producing annual studies which are available to all, thus completing one of its missions: to contribute to the understanding and accessibility of the digital revolution.
By developing clear frameworks, they help in deciphering the success factors behind the rise of the GAFAs, unicorns and Chinese tech giants. The aim is to analyze all the competitive dynamics of this new economy, its performance levers, and its development strategy.
Following its studies of Tesla, WeChat, Slack and more; Fabernovel is now releasing a new study to analyze the future of corporate learning.
