Full moon yoga. On the beach. Pure magic..
Practicing yoga on the full moon is super special as it is a time to recharge and restore. While this will be an active, strong practice, we will practice Chandra Namaskars (moon salutations) instead of sun salutations, and overall the movement and energy of the class will be blissfully zen, set to a soundtrack of peaceful, ambient and cosmic music.
Julianne has always found freedom in the great outdoors and founded Outdoor Yoga SF with the deep belief that spending more time outside at the beach, together in community, practicing mindfulness would surely be a great recipe for healing and recharging from busy city life.
