Get ready to bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Throughout June and August, we will offer a variety of free morning classes featuring fitness professionals who will help you stay active. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey.
This event will take place in the Esplanade on the corner of Warriors Way and Terry A Francois Blvd.

Cecily Guest
Cecily Guest is a tenured, Bay Area Yoga and Fitness influencer with 30 years experience leading classes for renown fitness brands and corporate audiences. Her love for motion incorporates everything from dance and Pilates to Martial Arts, Personal Training and all forms within Yogic traditions. This will be Cecily's third year teaching Thrive City classes and she can also be found teaching for Equinox Fitness, as well as offering her own workshops and Yoga retreats in California. Cecily has been certified with A.C.E, AFAA, Yoga Fit, Diablo Yoga Center, SCW Pilates and Reebok Indoor Cycling.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:
No weapons of any kind
No alcohol brought onto the plaza
All pets* on a leash
No coolers
No lawn chairs
Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
No smoking of any kind
No amplified sound
No drones
No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
No motorized vehicles
No pamphlets or product samples
No overnight camping
No tents
All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management
*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the person's disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
