Front-End Crash Course: Coding for New Developers

Starting out or well in the mix of JavaScript, CCS, and HTML? Well come meet a community of developers and learn the foundations of coding! We’ll be touching on fundamental components of building a website as well as implementing conceptional design ideas to your code.
Instructor: Melody Serra
Educator and Public Health Professional with a love for Web/Mobile Development. I graduated from the Web Development Immersive at General Assembly(GA) and seek opportunities that allow me to apply what I have learned at GA and more specifically allow me to empower others by teaching them what I have learned. I am particularly interested in helping in any way I can to ensure that more women and underrepresented people become represented in tech.
I love learning languages and am fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, and English.
Specialties: Global health, international issues and advocacy, public health interventions and program development, education, youth empowerment.
