Black Artists Contemporary Cultural Experience presents a workshop reading of Andrew Saito's new play "El Rio." El Rio skirts the border between Mexico and the United States, telling the tale of Francisca Warrior, a Black-Seminole veteran of the Gulf War, and her quest to honor her daughter's memory while trying to save the life of another's.
