From the Mouth to the Source: A Workshop Presentation of El Rio

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Black Artists Contemporary Cultural Experience presents a workshop reading of Andrew Saito's new play "El Rio." El Rio skirts the border between Mexico and the United States, telling the tale of Francisca Warrior, a Black-Seminole veteran of the Gulf War, and her quest to honor her daughter's memory while trying to save the life of another's. El Rio gives voice to the land as well as the denizens caught in between.
