Tired of watching the Trump adminstration put our environment in jeopardy? Worried about Trump’s recently proposed budget that seeks to slash 31% of the EPA budget? Want to do something about it, but not sure where to start? Come join the San Francisco Friends of the Earth chapter for the Sip and Write Party, held at Muka in Hayes Valley! Sip on a cocktail (cash only), while learning how to write an effective letter to Congress and our local publication editors. We’ll be crafting letters to urge our congressional representatives to prevent the Trump administration from making outrageous cuts to the EPA budget.No letter writing experience or extensive knowledge about environmental issues are needed! We’ll have the materials to get you familiarized with the issues, and handouts to help you write a fabulous letter :).
