Grab your friends and come to Happy Hour in Herbst Manor, an iconic San Francisco mansion at 2800 Pacific that is home to the 2013 San Francisco Decorator Showcase. Offered each Friday from May 3 through May 24, Friday Nights at Showcase is a chance for the public to enjoy an “insider” experience at the West Coast’s premier design event – the San Francisco Decorator Showcase. Bring some friends and enjoy a stroll through this gorgeous San Francisco mansion with a complimentary glass of wine. Meet and greet the designers and hear how they created their spaces. Best of all – these events are free with the purchase of a regular Showcase admission ticket – so it’s a great value!
Fridays, May 3, 10, 17 and 24 from 5:00pm – 6:30pm
Scheduled speakers: 5:30 – 6:30pm

• May 10 – “Brave New World: Valuing Art and Antiques in a Changing Market” – Hear speaker: Anne Igelbrink, Christie’s Vice President of European Furniture, talk about changes and trends in the ever-changing landscape of the local and international art market.
• May 17 – Happy Hour at Showcase – Come meet this year’s amazing designers in person.
• May 24 – “Modern & Contemporary Art in Unexpected Contexts” – Hear speaker Janet Bishop, SFMOMA Curator of Painting and Sculpture, talk about the museum’s program to place works throughout the Bay Area while undergoing construction of its Third Street headquarters.

For the past 35 years, the annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase has benefited San Francisco University High School's financial aid program, raising over $12 million and benefiting hundreds of students. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, the participation of hundreds of accomplished designers, the school's trustees, parents, faculty, alumni, students, friends, and the thousands of Showcase visitors each year; the San Francisco Decorator Showcase allows San Francisco University High School to offer financial aid to its students. It is through the community's continued support that quality education has been made available over the past three decades to hundreds of deserving Bay Area students.
