You can do sitting meditation for the entire hour. If you don't know proper meditation posture, ask any left home person to get help!
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Dharma Talk by Master YongHua
Master YongHua is the founder of Bodhi Light International(BLI). He gives Dharma talk every friday at various locations of BLI temples. When he is not at this temple, we can listen to him via real-time virtual meeting system and ask questions. All dharma talks & lecture are given in English. Real-time Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish translation is provided.
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM Tea break
You can have some tea (decaffeinated tea is available) and snack during the break time in the dining hall. There's a nice tea table where we can gather and chat!
8:30 PM - 10:00 PM Sutra Lecture
Master Yonghua will give lecture on Buddhist sutra. When he is not at this temple(DTT), we participate this lecture via virtual meeting system in Buddha Hall and ask questions. All dharma talks & lecture are given in English. Real-time Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese and Spanish translation is provided.
