During this elevating, all-levels flow we will explore our movement, tune in with our breath and calm our minds. This 60 min class is completely FREE of charge, the incentive is to practice together and build a community. If you would like to donate (whether it's time or money) please do so directly with a charity of your choice. The idea is to give something back to the community in whatever way you can or feel is adequate. FARMER'S MARKETEvery Sunday from 9.30AM - 1.30 PM is the Fort Mason Center Farmer's Market. Take your reusable bag or basket and get some delicious food or grab some fresh produce after feeling all refreshed from our practice!
