TEL HI's Aging & Older Adult Wellness Program Presents A FREE SIX-WEEK HEALTHY AGING WORKSHOP: LEARN MORE ABOUT FITNESS, TECHNOLOGY & NUTRITION SO YOU CAN LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE
Participants will learn about health and nutrition and how to use GIXO, an easy to use fitness app designed to bring trained fitness coaches to users of all ages and skill levels! The program is led by a certified personal trainer and designed to improve overall health and wellness!
This is a six-week workshop, every Friday, August 16-September 20 from 11 AM-Noon
Must be 50 or older to sign up! Need to have a smart phone to participate and plan on attending all 6 classes.
