Free Happiness Seminars in South San Jose

In support and anticipation of the UN's International Day of Happiness on March 20, the Art of Living Foundation is offering several free one-hour Happiness Seminars across the San Francisco Bay Area. Happiness and peace can only be experienced in the present moment, yet the mind has a tendency to swing between regrets about the past and anxiety about the future. This constant vacillation is a primary cause of stress. The breath has proven to be a powerful tool for releasing stress, restoring balance and energy to the body and mind, renewing the spirit, and bringing us into the present moment, where inner peace and happiness is right in our hands.
