Frank and Fedoras

Move over Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga, we’ve got Frank Sinatra—or the impersonation of—performing in Carmel at the mouth of the valley. John Michael will sing 1950’s Sinatra, a blue eyes repertoire with keyboardist Tom Lawson, to raise money for local Veterans. The Veterans’ Transition Center (vtcmonterey.org) serves our local homeless veterans needing emergency services, housing and employment opportunities. This fundraising event will serve-up Chef Ken MacDonald’s appetizers with wine tasting and a silent auction. You may even find your own fedora at The Hat Shop Carmel before joining community-radio K-R-M-L in honoring—like a Sinatra USO tour—veterans at the Quail Lodge and Golf Club Carmel.
