The resort's on-site gourmet general store, MARKET, will have a pop-up outdoor grill from 12pm-6pm (July 4th only) serving up BBQ favorites including burgers and grilled corn, as well as offering a fireworks viewing provisions package, complete with a bottle of bubbles, two disposable glasses, large bottle of water, sweet and savory snacks, and Carneros Resort and Spa blanket. Specialty Fourth of July cocktails will be available at Boon Fly Cafe, as well as Hilltop Dining Room.
Following the holiday, guests and locals can relive the nostalgia and crackling sounds of vinyl, at the resort's monthly Vinyl & Wine series. On Friday, July 5, from 5pm-8pm enjoy summer wines provided by RAEN Winery, served alongside a raw bar station and prepared bites from Executive Chef Aaron Meneghelli.
