Fourth Annual Noe Valley Girls Film Festival at 4:00 P.M. on Sept 7, 2019 at the Noe Valley Ministry

The 2019 NVGFF will be held at 4:00 pm on September 7, 2019 at the Noe Valley Ministry. The NVGFF is free and has sold out for the first three years of the Festival. This 2019 NVGFF Key Note Speakers will be the team behind the Academy Award winning Animated Short "Bao" (Lucy Laliberte, Connie Li, Lourdes Alba, and Producer Becky Neiman-Cobb). The NVGFF seeks to encourage and motivate young innovative female filmmakers and is the only international film festival for girls 15 and under which is organized, produced and run entirely by San Francisco girls 16 and under.

The NVGFF shall present the 12 finalist of short films (under 5 minutes) produced by young female filmmakers under the age 15. The Films are judged by professional filmmakers on a variety of criteria including a film's entertainment value, creativity, story, filming technique, theme (message) and overall film quality.
