Over this 4-week series you will defy gravity while developing strength and flexibility. Explore standing poses in new ways, supported by the aerial hammock, and explore your edges safely as we shift to flying and inverted postures.
The yoga hammock, which hangs around 3 feet from the floor, is particularly beneficial for students with back pain, as it has a decompressing effect on the spine and joints. No experience is necessary!
