WHAT: Celebrate Earth Day with an insightful "Foraging in Spring" event at Erica Tanov:
--Co-Author Sarah Lonsdale will be signing and discussing her book, Foraged Flora (Ten Speed Press)-- A gorgeously photographed new take on flower arranging using local and foraged plants and flowers to create beautiful arrangements, with ideas and inspiration for the whole year.

--Discover the art of foraging through a discussion with co-author Sarah Lonsdale, June Taylor of June Taylor Co, and Nikiya Schwarz, social media/marketing coordinator of Juniper Ridge. Lonsdale is a design editor and co-founder of Remodelista and the author of "Japanese Style". Taylor is the owner of June Taylor Co. and prepares her artisanal organic preserves in her Still-Room workshop, sometimes foraging for fruit. Schwarz has led harvesting tours with Juniper Ridge, and has a background in ecology and design.
