Teqmun makes his States and San Francisco debut -- apart from his interest in electronic music, Amsterdam DJ and producer Tijmen Blokzijl has developed a vivid passion for molecular plant biology and anything other biology related. In pursuit of the balance between his passion for green life sciences and electronic sound design, Teqmun pushes his sound to be constantly shifting between crisp organic textures and snappy driving drums. The electrifying frenzy of colourful synths and energetic percussive elements that are composed keep his music undeniably compelling. He's been making waves in the Netherlands, playing Draaimolen and Dekmantel Selectors in 2024, and will be joining the full Dekmantel Festival this year.
