SEE EVENT DETAILS
* Limited space (500) so get your tickets asap to secure your spot. ** Doors open at 7:15pm and close promptly at 8pm so please arrive early - noone can enter after the music starts.*** No kids (under 14) or pets allowed.
Join us for this one-of-a-kind live musical performance and meditation experience led by award-winning composer and pianist Ravé Mehta. Ravé will take you on a 1-hour musically induced shamanic journey by playing the piano as a continuous improvisational piece that will slow time down and help you let go so you can drop into a deep, blissful and healing flow state.
Meditation experience is not required and in fact this format is great for first time meditators (or non-meditators) since the music will carry you away and help you let go with little to no effort.
Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, a pillow and blanket (it get's cold) to lay down comfortably.
About the Pianist:Ravé is an award-winning composer, pianist and bestselling author. Ravé is the founder of Flow Labs and has spent 15+ years researching the science behind fear and flow to gain a deeper understanding of how we can learn to access more of our superpowers. After learning how to use flow states to heal himself of Lyme disease, Ravé has performed around the world integrating the principles of flow into his piano sound bath performances to help people drop into a deep healing state for a unique experience. Ravé is also the author of 'The Inventor', a bestselling graphic novel based on the true story of Nikola Tesla and a recipient of the Tesla Vision Award by the Tesla Science Foundation.
