Flow Piano Sound Bath at Grace Cathedral (Fall Equinox)

SEE EVENT DETAILS
* Doors open at 7:15pm and close promptly at 8pm - noone will be allowed in after the music starts. No pets or children under 12 allowed.
Join us for this one-of-a-kind live musical performance and meditation experience led by award-winning composer and pianist Ravé Mehta to celebrate the Fall Equinox. Ravé will shaman you through a one-hour musical journey by playing the piano as a continuous improvisational piece that will slow time down and help you "let go" so you can drop into a blissful healing flow state. Ravé recently performed his Flow Piano Sound Bath at Carnegie Hall for their first musical meditation experience in their 125+ year history.
Note: Meditation experience is not required. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or something you can lay down on and anything else that helps you feel warm (venue get's cold), comfortable, and relaxed. Festival-ware and face paint is welcome!
About the Pianist: Ravé is an award-winning composer, pianist, bestselling author and a recipient of the Tesla Vision Award by the Tesla Science Foundation. Ravé is the founder of Flow Labs and has spent 15+ years researching the science behind fear and flow to gain a deeper understanding of how we can learn to access more of our superpowers. Ravé has performed around the world integrating the principles of flow into his piano sound bath performances to help people drop into a deep healing state for a unique sound meditation experience.
