Berlinetta Lounge, the private events space at the Mystic Hotel, will continue its Wine Flights + Small Bites Series beginning Tuesday, March 18, 2014 from 6pm to 8pm. The March event will focus on green wines; think natural, eco-friendly and biodynamic pours to celebrate the Spring. Executive Chef Luke Knox has created a small bites menu to pair with each sip. Two events will follow in April and in May.

Small Bites Menu:
Shrimp and Grits
Chicken Liver Tartine, blood orange, black truffle
Porchetta, pickled carrots, celery root puree
Steak, preserved lemon, crispy fingerling potatoes
Tombo Tuna, artichokes, spring onions, tonnato sauce
Coconut Custard Filled Donuts, passion fruit coulis
