Nicola Walker is a life coach for women in mid-life facing life changes, overwork and “busynessâ€, who long to feel more alive with a sense of completeness. Nicola is the author of the forthcoming book, Finding Joy in the Middle of the Mess and the creator of Inner Listening Skillsâ„¢, a focusing process she created to turn problems, fears and anxieties over to the wisdom of the heart. She lives in Santa Cruz.
